1. Free Inspection & Quotation
Our initial site inspection and price quotation are 100% free with no obligation to purchase. Prices quoted are valid for 30 days from the inspection date.
2. Warranty Coverage
All safety net installations come with a 1-year workmanship warranty and a 2-5 year product warranty depending on material type. Warranty covers manufacturing defects and installation hardware integrity under normal weather conditions.
3. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure adequate access to balconies, windows, or terraces during the scheduled installation time. Any pre-existing structural issues must be disclosed prior to installation.
